Soviet Order of the October Revolution
The Order of the October Revolution was instituted on October 31, 1967. It is the second highest Soviet order, after the Order of Lenin.
Three piece Construction October Revolution, Type 1 medal with four rivets to the reverse. The medal is made of solid silver, 18K Gold and enamels. The serial number and maker mark are located at the center of the reverse.
This medal is in very good condition with intact enamels and overall well defined details. The medal comes complete with original ribbon which are mounted on a backing plate.
Hard to find a finer example of this rather scarce Award!!
