Heer Signals Rgt 40 Oberleutnants´s Piped Service Tunic
Five button front with Lemon yellow wool piping at collar, down front of tunic as well as around the turn-up cuffs. Tunic is made of fine officers quality ribbed fieldgrey cloth with smooth darkgreen cloth on collar. Two pleated breast pockets as well as lower pockets. Machine sewn to collar are bright aluminum handembroidered litzen on yellow wool tabs.
Tunic has sewn-in guilt aluminium top shoulderstraps with yellow wool base. Straps has one pips each as well as a number 40 cyphers, for the rank of Oberleutnant. Nice high quality bullion breasteagle, handsewn above right breast pocket. On left breast pocket are loops for two awards and above pocket are loops for a long ribbonbar. Outside tunic is in worn condition with some chafewear and some smaller wear holes, hardly noticeable. Lemon-yellow piping around collar show heavy wear and has someholes and smallparts missing specially on backside.
Fully lined in green rayon cloth with pyama striped cloth in sleeves. Lining is in very good condition with slot sewn for dagger hanger to pass through. Munchen quality tailors label at neck.
