Gebirgsjäger Camouflage Wind Pants Fully Reversible to White
Two piece light weight camouflage uniforms were introduced for gebirgsjäger's (mountain troopers) around late 1941. And designed to be worn over the standard uniform and therefor the large size.
This is a field-grey, reversible to white. Made of cotton with a water repellent coating. The field-grey side is nicely maker marked stamped to the waist line, also stamped with size 156-166 and year of manufacturing "44" for 1944. Very good condition, probably never issued with all straps and buckles still intact.
Hard to find in better condition!!
