Heer Infantry Officers Side cap with white soutache.
Field-grey fine boiled wool cloth body with light-grey rayon lining. Grey Ersatz sweatband. No marks what so ever. Inside is hardly showing any wear.
To the front is an Bevo officers flatwire eagle on dark-green backing hand sewn in place. On front of fold-down there is a white soutache (denoting Infantry unit) and a Bullion Officers cockade also hand-sewn in place. Officers silver litz to crown as well as to front flap. Correct crimped in vents on both sides, painted field-grey on the outside.
Cap is in more or less unissued condition, and show almost no napwear. It have no rips, tears, holes or mothing. Inside cap are showing very slight wear with a little staining.
