Early produced high quality Luftwaffe Paratrooper’s Badge made of Tombak. Two piece Construction with a diving eagle, clutching a mobile swastika encompassed by a Laurel and Oak leaf wreath. The eagle is attached to the wreath with two doomed head pins. Both the eagle and wreath is made of Tombak with high detailing. The eagle shows strong fire gilded finish with polished highlights and the wreath still has the chemical darkening as well as the silver finish intact. The reverse is complete with hinge, pin and catch.

The condition is just oustanding! Impossible to find a better example!?
