Constructed of dark blue, interwoven rayon thread and a bronze color washed alloy shield attached to the top of the lanyard. Complete with attachment loops to the top and botton as well as the metal clip for adding "Torpedos" to for higher grades. Very good condition with minor signs of age and use.
