Wound badge made of die stamped Zinc with a silver paint finish. Hinge, pin and Catch all intact to the reverse. The massive reverse also shows the manufacturers number "65" for "Klein & Quenzer A.G.,Idar/Oberstein". The badge is in good condition with aprox 90% of the black color wash still intact. The front side shows some moderate age tarnish and the reverse shows strong signs of age.

 

Mid-late war example, maker marked with most of its original silver finish still intact!!
