Spanish War Cross Breast Star Type 1, 1938-1942
Type I, Three-piece construction, silvered and gilded bronze with red, white and blue enameled insignia, on a silver gilt cross with swords and wreath, mounted to a silver eight-pointed star base. Hinge, pin and Catch all intact as well as the retention prongs. Used exampel with enamel damage to the center edges and an overall light age patina.
