Spanish Cross Without Swords, Bronze Grade
Introduced 1939 third grade cross in the form of a slightly vaulted bronze vaulted Maltese cross with Luftwaffe eagles affixed between the arms of the cross. To the center is a swastika inside a cirkel. The crosse's arms as well as the center cirkle has a fine, pebbled background. The reverse is plain with a wide pin and a functional hinge and catch assembly.
The cross has a rich and very nice bronze colored finish. Some wear marks to the obverse especially to the highlighted positions. There is also one small depression located to the outer circle which is hardly noticable. Overall, very good condition with signs of age and wear / chafewear.
Perfect to display on a Luftwaffe uniform!!
