Tunic removed Jager Sonderverband 287/288 sleeve insignia. Which indicates membership in the Sonderverband 287 or 288 (Special Unit 287 / 288).
The badge is made of dark blue/green woven ribbed rayon base with machine woven palm tree in white, yellow rising sun and white palm tree leaf wreath with a swastika to bottom center. Removed from a tunic with old stitch holes visable to the edges. The badge shows some color fading from use and age.
Scarce insignia, and even harder to find a used exampel!!
