Heer M44 Pattern Artillery Unteroffiziers Shoulder Straps
M44 pattern slip on shoulder straps of reworked field-grey wool material with red rayon waffenfarbe piping. The bottoms of the shoulder straps and the slip on retaining tongues have a central, grey rayon reinforcement strip machine stitched in place and the waffenfarbe is also visible on the bottom of the straps. The straps has dull grey NCO rank tresse to the outside edges. Interesting to see, the pattern is the Luftwaffe pattern. Which we encounter from time to time both on early war produced example but more common to see on later war examples like this pair.
The straps shows signs of real service use.
