Bright red wool construction collar tabs with three, hand embroidered rank "gulls" encompassed by a oak-leaf wreath in bright silver/aluminum wire threads. The collar tabs are piped in twisted bright silver/aluminum cord and are mounted on tan colored buckram backings. Un-issued pair with minor signs of age which are still sewn together!
