"National Sozialistische Deutscher Marine Bund" (National Socialist German Navy League 1938 pattern breast eagle made of fire gilded Tombak or Buntmetal with a black painted enamel swastika to the center. Pin-back device intact to the reverse. The reverse is well marked with embossed "Ges." to the left side of the wing and "Gesch." to the right wing tip. Which means "protected by law". Overall very good condition with strong gold gilding, intact enamel to the swastika and fully functional pin-back fastening device.
Very scarce breast eagle for the hardcore Kriegsmarine or Insignia collector!!
