Wartime Framed Family Portait With a TDB holder Officer And Sailor
Large studio photo picturing a family. Most probably the mother and father with their son's. The Young officer to the left is well decorated, whats extra interesting is the Tank destruction badge barely visable to the left arm as well as the neck order. We have not had the time to research this order yet. Our guess is a Bulgarian neck order of some kind. Interesting research Project! The other Soldier pictured is a Young Kriegsmarine EM serving as an anti Aircraft gunner.
The photo is very clear and meassures 32 x 22 cm and is signed by the studio's photo artist. The large outer frame is made of silver colored Wood and meassures 44 x 34 cm. This is a period frame and a period made mounting.
The frame and photo is in very good condition with only minor signs of age. Comes complete with device for wall mounting to the reverse and the glass is intact.
