German Vehicle Crew Headphones, DFH.b
Later war produced example with black bakelite earphones which are covered with removable black rubber earmuffs. Attached to the earphones are black painted metal backing plates and sheet metal headband with a simulated black leather covering. The headband is attached to the earphones by a sheet metal panel which allows for fit adjustment. Well marked "Dfh.b", indicating, Doppelfernhörer model "b". Each earphone has an electrical connection cord, with fabric covering fitted to their bottom edges, which extend to a two prong plug.
Complete example with Electronics and earmuffs in good used condition!!
