Japanese WWII EM/NCO's Field Cap
Late-war army issue wool cap with pig-skin / leather chin-strap and ersatz leather swetband. Used by the Japanese army until the end of the war.
Short visor made of the same material as the body with a yellow wool five-pointed star machine sewn to the front. The cap is unlined and has no ventilation grommets which is correct for the field cap's produced in 1944-1945.
The cap is in very good, still used condition. Maker mark stamp barely visable.
Textbook late war produced IJA field cap!!
