Japanese WWII Signed National Flag From Amunition Factory Co-workers

Larged sized, 70cm X 100cm flag made of real Silk cloth. Complete and without rips or holes. There are a few small stains and wrinkles are all over. Strings at the edges are intact and the flag can be hanged on the wall. Looks really awesome with strong writing. The flag is dedicated to an army recruit "Maso Yagi". The large kanji writing says, "Praying for the Continued Luck in the Fortunes of War".  Most of other writings are signatures from his colleagues from a munitions factory . Because of the large numbers of the signatures, this flag was made in the early stage of the Pacific War. As the war progresses, there will be fewer and fewer factory workers left in the factories in Japan.  Eventually, all male adults were drafted and, around the war’s end, most factories were destroyed by the US bombings. Anyway, this is an awesome representative piece.

Really a great piece of history and it’s getting harder and harder to get a handsome piece like this!
