WW2 Japanese Army Officer's Cloth Belt

A standard Army officer’s belt meant to be worn over the tunic.  It is made up of thick wool and a strip of leather tape for reinforcement.  The buckle is made of Alloy metal and steel parts show some surface rust. There are a couple of damage – one is in the rusted rivet area on the wool belt that wraps around holds the buckle (which was hand-repaired with sewing thread) and the other an small area where the surface of the wool is worn off or scraped off. However neither damage can affect the normal function of the belt. The belt is fully serviceable and looks great without stains or fading. The color is still vivid.

A must item for an officer mannequin display!!
