US WWII First Aid Pouch Produced 1943
Made of tan colored canvas with fold down front with intact snap/push button. Stamped in black in "U.S." to the front and year marked "1943" to the reverse. The pouch shows clear signs of real use. With several stains and some oxidation to the metal parts. Still complete with no rips, holes or mendings.
