German WWI Unterofficer Heinrich Schulsse Medal Grouping
Award grouping to Unterofficer Heinrich Schulsse who served in Füsilier Regiment 40. The grouping consists of following items:
*Iron Cross 1'st class 1914, maker marked to the pin. Three piece Construction with Iron core.
* Iron cross second class 1939, standard 3 piece Construction, Iron core.
* Wound badge in black 1914-1918.
* War Merit cross with swords.
* Two Place medal ribbon bar.
The medals and badges are in good used condition.
The grouping also comes with Three paper weights made of glass. All is nicely crafted with a ornamented newspaper cut out which mention herr Schulsse's different Awards. Two of the weights is for his Iron cross 1st and second class. The third is interestingly for the hohenzollern honor Award in gold. A medal which sadly is missing from this grouping. Still nice to find our Soldier was so highly rewarded.
